A update every 3 months..
It looks like I only update this once every 3 months but I hope to do it more often. I plan on using this as a convenient way of writting notes to myself as I learn new things or find interesting links...
today I am playing with "hello" and "picasa" from google which are a cool way of editing/adding pictures to my blog...

A revived blog
I had gotten out of the habit of updating this blog but since there are groups who are now interested in our work I felt I should at least say something
The rorschach server is coming along quite nicely. We are into our third Proof-Of-Concept game and like all the previous projects it has advanced the state of the art of the engine as a whole
Still, we are currently suffering from a lack of warm bodies in that few people are really interested in working on a text base MUD and are far more interested in a 3D version. As a result, we've decided to split our efforts with alex working on the server engine and me taking a run at the 3D client.
After some research, we decided to use the Torque Game Engine as our first-pass at this since it hopefully will give me a huge leap forward verses just a low level 3D toolkit
We are also offically starting the process of becoming a corporate entity. This will allow us to bring other people in by giving them stock in the company which eliminates most of the issues associated with ownership of the work.
